As e-mail grew very popular as a medium of communication, it has become also the considered most useful marketing tool. Aside from the fact that it is cheaper, this tool is capable of reaching the prospective clients on a far reached avenue. But with the abuse of e-mailing, spam filters gave gradually become a lot stricter. The e-mail marketing as a tool of advertisement is now faced with this problem. To make sure that your e-mail marketing material goes right thru your client’s mailbox and eventually be read, please take note of the following guidelines.
• Eliminate those who do not want to receive y
• Check your mailing list fro any duplicate e-mail addresses. By doing this, you are eliminating the possibility of being accused to doing e-mail spoofing and scamming.
• Create segmentation on your e-mail. By properly categorizing the types of people or e-mail addresses who directly or indirectly showed interest on your product, you would easily determine which ones are to be given focus and high priority and which ones are to be given least priority
